In my opinion, there’s a clear answer when you look at the 2026 WNBA MVP race:
A’ja Wilson should win it.
And honestly, it’s not hard to understand why.
Wilson is putting together another ridiculous season, averaging 25.9 points, 9.5 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.4 steals and 2.0 blocks while shooting 51.8% from the field. She leads the league in scoring and blocks, while also ranking near the top in rebounding.
That combination is extremely difficult to beat.
But then there’s Olivia Miles.
The rookie has been phenomenal, leading the Minnesota Lynx to the league’s best record while averaging roughly 20 points and 6 assists on highly efficient shooting. She has absolutely forced her way into the MVP conversation.
And THIS is where things get interesting.
If Caitlin Clark ultimately doesn’t win MVP, some fans are going to look at the voting very differently if Miles finishes ahead of her.
Because if the argument becomes “Olivia Miles was more valuable than Caitlin Clark in 2026,” people will naturally start comparing the two players head-to-head.
And you already know that conversation is going to get LOUD. 😂
Personally, I still have A’ja Wilson at No. 1. Her production, two-way dominance and consistency make her the safest MVP choice. She is currently the overwhelming favorite and is chasing an unprecedented fifth MVP award.
But if voters choose Miles over Clark?
Oh, that debate is going to be absolute chaos. 👀🔥
Who are you taking for MVP right now: **A’ja Wilson, Olivia Miles, or Caitlin Clark?**
