Aryna Sabalenka’s Beauty & Body Care Routine
Skincare
- Morning skin care is a priority
She says that when she wakes, she starts with face care. She knows age and sun exposure matter and wants to protect her skin. - Heavy emphasis on moisturizing and serums
She uses serums, moisturizing creams, and devices (e.g. one from Medicube) to help her skin look fresh. - Masks, facial treatments & eye cream
Masks (especially for hydrating or calming & soothing), facials when she can fit them in, and eye creams are part of her routine. - Sunscreen very frequently
Because she spends lots of time outdoors, often in intense sun, she tries to use SPF and is working on reapplying more regularly. She saw via a face scan that one’s sun damage can accumulate quickly. - Not over-doing it
While she experiments with many products/devices, she also stresses that sometimes doing too much in skincare can backfire.
Body & General Self-Care
- Training & body recovery
As a top tennis player, her physical routine is intense: lots of training, gym, strength & cardio, plus recovery after matches. Part of body care is ensuring rest and recovery. - Nutrition matters
She tries to eat well: protein, carbs (especially after training), avoiding too much sugar when she feels heavy. When resting, she allows treats. - Relaxation / mental care
She does breathing exercises, keeps a supportive team, makes sure off-court time is enjoyable so she’s not burning out. Mental wellness contributes to how you look and feel. - Devices & tools
She uses skincare tools (face devices), masks, etc. She’s mentioned one from Medicube. She also has skincare “treatments” at home when she can.
